@mkwadee Yeh but look at Lambeth ( https://coronavirus.data.gov.uk/details/cases?areaType=ltla&areaName=Lambeth ); where Omicron hit early; the cases in the young are dropping quite nicely; elderly still going up though. Most of the recent case climb is due to Omicron spreading around the country rather than it growing in areas it originally hit; as for deaths, I'm not sure if that's still recovering from xmas/new year death registration (see : https://coronavirus.data.gov.uk/details/whats-new/record/f6abe016-378f-46e5-aaba-497c386b7561 )
And if you look at the deaths-by-date-of-death it's flatish.

me: yeah tbh im no longer interested in film these days. it isnt capturing any additional information that a digital sensor wouldn't. you can just get one of those plugins to make your DSLR photos look like film
you: what about this though. velvia on left, canon 5D on the right. the film is able to capture the distinct hues of the lichen and the fern whereas the canon just compresses them down to one colour

When you wake up maybe you can let us know approximately how many people you think have been infected with and survived covid (maybe a range).
Similarly maybe a small range somewhere between 8 and 50 years old where you think the risk/benefit is about break-even. And then what you are roughly basing that on.
Without those, it's hard to evaluate and understand the basis for your assertions.
