Another predicament.

When I'm trying to close a crypto exchange account, they asked me to do KYC first, but they don't accept Chinese clients anymore, so I can't pass the KYC, which means I can't access my account setting page and close my account, or change my password.

Apparently, you need to properly figure out what your user can do under what status. And Apparently again, changing password and closing account should not rely on KYC.
