太生草了，升级实例时候正好遇上数据库备份任务，于是迁移进程被卡住了没法执行，实例也就没法启动 不过说起来既然 pg_dump 会卡住数据库导致无法写入，可能之前出现的一些数据丢失问题也和这个有关？
@Candinya 可能是事务把数据库锁住了？
