I just figured out that if I give up my instinct of trying to get everything under control, I will have a much better mood when facing some (actually many) situations. After I accepted that something just happened, and I can't change it, the frustration and the sad mood that haunt me all day just suddenly disappeared.
So the next question will be: why do I instinctively want to control everything, even sometimes to the point of being aggressive? Is it just me have some mental issues or it's a common thing for some people?
