Great - for some reason, #copilot has been activated in our repos on #github.com, and I can't turn it off.
In the settings it's not even enabled! But it still adds PR comments. We did not select it. It just sits there in the list of reviewers, even when it's not selected!
What the heck? Time to move to gitlab? Or is that even worse?

If you're org admin, you should be able to disable it in
https://github.com/organizations/<your_org>/settings/copilot/policies
Edit: I've not seen it add itself automatically to PRs yet, that may be some other setting I've not seen.
