career metric: number of layoffs you’ve survived but what does it mean if it’s high vs low?

@timkellogg.me I would include a denominator to make it a survival rate, and below a certain amount of total layoffs it seems random (for example my score is between 0/0 and 1/1 - cancelled project == layoff? ).
