We had dozens of murders and suicides documentably associated with D&D. This is a topic where anecdotal evidence usually turns out worthless.

@tedunderwood.me I'm not sure I understand the analogy, are you talking about LLMs? As far as free speech is concerned, it *is* perilous: the printing press effected a deregulation of language, and had numerous consequences, some of them dire. It turned out to be long-term positive, but that doesn't mean turning the knob further (the internet, social media) will go the same way.
