I had an old kindle voyage laying around that was almost unusable because the touch screen broke on the top part exactly where the menu buttons are.
I managed to install koreader on it and now it's perfect to read pdfs

I'm laughing mostly, but now he's not allowed to work on our hpc cluster anymore

new master student managed to delete three month worth of stimulated data with one bash script set wrong. Of course we don't have a backup. I don't know whether to laugh or cry

I've wasted two days trying to find an affordable accommodation near cern, the internal hotel is full D:

first time doing a poster for a conference, the plan is to make it so ugly so that my supervisor won't allow me to make one ever again

#3GoodThings that happened today:
1. walked 20k steps;
2. had a very sweet and refreshing horchata in the afternoon;
3. bought a cute cheap summer dress at the street market.
