It amazes me, the number of trackers and cookies these tech news sites that talk about privacy, among other things, have.

Got a list?
Kinda call them out a bit if you like ;) or help more gently say what trackers / cookie things... thanks

If you find any, you can tag them with the
#blockmark hashtag.

These sites, while not being "pro-privacy," annoy me because of the amount of trackers they have:

- itsfoss.com (FOSS news site with around 5 trackers)
- alternativeto.net (User-submitted alternative program / website site with around 5 trackers)
- odysee.com (Alternative YouTube site with Google trackers)

themarkup.org (Privacy-focused news site) is an example of a site that I
do like that doesn't have trackers.

It might also make sense to tag it with
#tracker / #trackers, or #tracking, or even #cookies.

It would be cool if we could get a list going of popular sites that don't respect privacy (how many trackers they have, if they're hosted on Cloudflare, if they have pop-ups, etc).

I've been on a ton of them, but I can't recall the names exactly without a cue of some kind.

*redraft city, oh dear...
🤭

No probs with the redraft (glad you mentioned it, so it's less thinking it's something else on my side)

Though this page might help as it ptractical and already says what sites have problems somewhat.

joinmatrix.org/servers/

and people are starting to use it to dignup more heavily so good to get people for example to understand servers reCaptcha from google isn't great....
