Usually some loser who converted while in jail. The FBI would set them up in apartments give the a 6 figure salary. After about 6 months the FBI would turn up the heat, do you want to go back to jail, hows your daughter doing in college, here’s some more cash but we need something.

Sticking up for rank and file agents is like saying concentration camp prison guards were just following orders. Go to Netflix there are at least 12 documentaries on how they intrap innocent people. It no different than Stalin’s photo editing.
