My first laptop dual booted Windows 98 and Suse Linux (6?) I think the reason I get nostalgic for Windows 98 and not Linux is because I'm still running the same WM I was back then with nearly the same config, but Microsoft forces you to use their newer UIs.
@swiley and also encourage you to put your files in cloud, where they can easily check them.
