Kaiser Permanente is the absolute worst health insurance I’ve ever had. You can call any number and speak to very helpful customer care representatives who carefully listen to you and very courteously tell you that your problem is clearly frustrating and cannot be resolved. I believe their corporate policy is to frustrate customers so much that they simply don’t seek care for anything.
