Five years ago I looked at the pay wall economy… the big change since then is that subscription prices have gone up well ahead of inflation.

@billbennett I had a subscription to New Scientist years ago (paper, at that time) and checked their prices recently – I can't afford it. I'm up to date using other sources.
@szescstopni I’m not 100 per cent certain these organisations know what they are doing with price rises. I’ve cancelled a few subsscriptions recently after the cost went up.
