amazing what absolutely trash used cars now cost 10k EUR when formerly 10k EUR got you a new cheap car 
@kaia Right. But there are a few nice thing about old cars. I bought one recently for 1K EUR., another 1K went into repairs. Now I have a car that was not recycled but repaired and reused. It's over 20 years old, so it's much sturdier than what you can buy now. And the best thing about it – no computers included (except for that tiny one used for fuel injection, but they work forever)
@szescstopni that's really neat, but most old cars don't make emmission standards required for driving into German cities
