what's the acceptable file size for media on fedi?

@EricLawton @kaia I live with 30/3 Mbps and it's usually enough – adblockers really help – but I know people trying to work with 4-8 Mbps. Otherwise living in a forest or in a swamp is great :)

2 years ago, a smaller provider offered faster, unlimited wireless service, but until then, the big issue was the monthly cap.
But without ads, how do you know what to buy? 🤣
Forest is good. Mosquitoes, less so.
