I need a simple web site. No tracking, no analytics, minimum js, just some text and images. Working on large and tiny screens. Any suggestions?

@kcarruthers Yes, I use notepad (well, an equivalent of it). I last wrote a webpage sometime in the mid-nineties and I assume some things have changed :)
