What are your thoughts about prefabricated houses?
@mpm i would like that, too. There are very interesting companies who are offering cool experiences how to modify your potential home. And then it’s just made in the factory. Really looking forward to that and how the trend develops.
In many countries in Europe there is a desperate shortage of housing and, whilst it is land that is the difficult part of the problem to solve, pre-fab housing can significantly accelerate the journey from turf to home.
@Paulos_the_fog i can only agree on this. Land is most expensive and is contributing to the real estate bubble, but at least for germany constructing houses is getting more and more expensive due to interest rates, labor shortage and missing materials… Hope we are able to change this trend soon. Hope prefab houses will be a thing in Europe

We are neighbours! I live in Luxembourg and the housing crisis is really acute hereabouts!
