What are your thoughts about prefabricated houses?
In many countries in Europe there is a desperate shortage of housing and, whilst it is land that is the difficult part of the problem to solve, pre-fab housing can significantly accelerate the journey from turf to home.
@Paulos_the_fog i can only agree on this. Land is most expensive and is contributing to the real estate bubble, but at least for germany constructing houses is getting more and more expensive due to interest rates, labor shortage and missing materials… Hope we are able to change this trend soon. Hope prefab houses will be a thing in Europe

We are neighbours! I live in Luxembourg and the housing crisis is really acute hereabouts!
