looking at the intended use of the "distinguish" template, it is presumably there to handle typos of cosmetology
@tobychev Thanks for this insight! I have just started to look deeper into Wikipedia and there is a lot of unexplained stuff that may only make sense if you are an expert member of the editorial team... my own article also has a template claiming it was not objective, but no explanations are given why or how to improve on this issue.
