#Census now enters race codes from the Hispanic origin question, so if you write in Indian on the Hispanic question, they change your race to American Indian. @tobychev i don't know. Sudden dramatic changes make trend analysis, impossible which is inconvenient at best, but justifiable if you have a good reason
