If Biden is the most pro-union president ever it seems strange he doesn't feature *at all in* the Wikipedia article on US labour history [https://en.m.wikipedia.org/wiki/Labor_history_of_the_United_States].
His campaign promise on unions is also rather modest: as far as I can see it was simply to make recruitment easier. Meanwhile Roosevelt's 1935 law gave workers the powerful right to solidarity action.
Honestly, "most pro-union this decade" is true, but "ever"? That's just fantasy.
