Biden signed the biggest bills against climate change in the history of the world. He is the most pro-union president in US history. It is very strange to hear so many people complain that he's just the same old thing and in the tank for the oligarchs.

I am not saying this as a partisan; he's not entirely my cup of tea. I'm saying it as someone who wants debates to be grounded in facts.

If Biden is the most pro-union president ever it seems strange he doesn't feature *at all in* the Wikipedia article on US labour history [en.m.wikipedia.org/wiki/Labor_].

His campaign promise on unions is also rather modest: as far as I can see it was simply to make recruitment easier. Meanwhile Roosevelt's 1935 law gave workers the powerful right to solidarity action.

Honestly, "most pro-union this decade" is true, but "ever"? That's just fantasy.
