Spending Friday and Saturday on #trains from Latium to Hamburg. It's way less stressful and cramped than flying. I like to read and write and listen to stuff, so I don't mind the greater time expense. But the price is stiff. Judicious moving of subsidies would improve things.
Nope, there's a big railway strike: no train today. Luckily we can stay another night in our accommodation. But we won't make our sleeper train from Hamburg tomorrow night. We're re-booking and taking a train tomorrow morning instead. Luckily the sleeper train tickets from Hamburg are transferrable.
