Swap pressure: stress that you got forced to take that guy's "personal" desk in the hot desk office and they could return at any moment.
@tobychev OMG. ok so, I worked remotely for a place that had a "no one has offices" policy and all the rooms were bookable EXCEPT it turned OUT that one of the rooms that was bookable, that I booked, was tacitly somebody important's "office" and everyone knew not to book it. Except me! So I just looked (socially speaking) like I was rudely taking over someone's office for a day. I was like, "who left all this stuff in the conference room"
