My experience of the C is that it's annoyingly infrequent and circuitous, but otherwise fine.

But I use the B daily, so maybe that sets a low bar in terms of predictability that the C easily clears...

I get some motion sickness from reading on my phone when I take the buss, and I don't have the requisite amount of technologist zeal to construct the contraption that would let me read and do the dishes at the same time.

Though admittedly I mostly listen to podcasts in the "this could have been a university lecture" style. Banter laden podcasts are for distracting relaxation.

Now, instruction videos on the other hand! Those are almost invariably a genre that portends some sort of quickly approaching apocalypse 🤬

I grund och botten är det väl för att trollverksamheten ses som värd att försvara, SD är ju inte direkt främmande för att kasta folk överbord när de vill skademinimera.

Varför trollkontona ses som är värda risken är en annan mycket bra fråga, en kan ju gissa att SD ser dem som centrala i sin strategi på nått sätt.

Han har ju kommit undan från alla frågor om nazism i SD när han gick med genom att säga "jag minns inte", så lågoddsaren nu var "jag visste inte".

Men du har rätt att tonläget han slog an nu är för högt för att gå tillbaka till "jag vet inte".

Dessutom är det värt att notera att nu går han till attack mot privat media, inte bara public service. Där vet du nog mer än jag hur korsandet av den gränsen tolkas på redaktionerna Erik.

But how certain are you that they truly have internalised this mantra as opposed to simply using it as a defence against entanglement in the overt struggle? Have you only heard it from people with tenure, or is it rather that people at every level will use the phrase, even those who then quickly leave academia altogether?

Are you really expecting those who want to quietly stay on the good side of the ruling power to say so openly?

It doesn't look very loyal to loudly say "I side with them because they have the power", simply being quiet is better and the "aloof scientists" is a well worn trope to hide behind.

I think you can do a surprising amount of tonal work with just a slight spelling change: "law enforcers" has a fresh new feel that lets really enhances the taste of oppression.

I can also offer "polity officer", though that's more for a laugh than anything else I guess.

Svenskan har en riktigt rejäl betalvägg, får inte ens se titeln!

Men redan namnet osar högerextrem astroturfing: akademiker har länge slagits för sina rättigheter och är inte direkt blyga om att göra det offentligt så ett namn som gör anspråk på att tala för alla i ett sammanhang där existerande rörelser kan vara hundra år gamla är suspekt.

Att de har de dålig koll på patriarkatet är därför inte superöverraskande.
