@simongray For what it's worth when I finally bit the bullet of #Emacs with #Clojure I regretted not doing it sooner.
I now happily use Emacs for most of my day to day.
Obviously your millage might vary. Emacs certainly isn't for everyone and I don't think trying to learn both Emacs and programming at the same time is a good idea. :)
@PapaGlitch They look awesome! Great job!
Wow! The cognitect Clojure AWS API is great! Love it!

@deinol in fairness that file name fits the Mechanicus beautifully.
This is great!

For day to day note taking I'm just using a few capture templates and a date-tree so it basically gives me a logbook with different 'types' of entry depending on the template used.
I use ox-twbs for quick exports of notes and tables so I can share them with team mates and have them look presentable.
I'm experimenting with GTD in a single large org file for now but that's still a work in progress.
I'm also experimenting with org-roam but still very early days on that front. :-)
Org is slowly eating my life and I love it.

I am not a python developer but it always manages to be a fun language to hack things together with. #python
@trinsec sadly I'm work from home and need to be available for calls etc so can't just leave. Thankful the drilling has stopped for a lunch break! 🙌
I have a headache and jetlag and someone is drilling up the pavement directly outside my window... 😭
