Regarding the Ukraine forces, why don't they keep quiet of their strategies and tactics, including new technologies.

I find it disturbing that their newly deployed laser weapons they announced it to the whole world.

When you fight a war, you do battle, you keep quiet of your strategies, tactics, and weapons.
