So yes, not all you see in socmed is true. In instagram, a lot of the influencers there motivates people and blast those who are seen as lazy.

But for me I don't believe on that shit. When my body don't want to do workouts, say it feels lazy, I listen to it. Even if at times I don't workout for 3 months. The downgrade of the performance is massive actually, but I know that it's better than increase the probability of incurring a mutation and lead to Cancer by consistently doing regular workouts.
