More discussion on the business plan with the master back at the gym.

My martial arts master is a Christian and devoted Roman Catholic while I am a Muslim and we co-exist peacefully.

The master also briefed me on the nuances of intelligence because I told him next year I will take it together with either demining or post blast investigation.

Told him I finished the counter-terrorism training on explosives and he was proud of me and we discussed about the IED's mostly used by the armed communist rebels.

Came back from the gym. I was not expecting to see my master there but he was there so we discuss a lot of things,

Got my running shoes with a very good stitches all around making my shoes sturdy and ready for running.

At the gym atm working out.

Head still smoking. Time to get my running shoes and do some gym workouts.

Reviewing key areas in the 1st periodic for maths in order to strengthen the fundamentals.

Eating pizza, will attend a metaverse event inworld to socialize with friends, and study maths.

Cancelling the planned gym workouts this evening. Will move it for tomorrow so I don't spend more for new gym membership.

I guess I'll come back to the other gym because they are open until 2200H while the one from the master is only up to 1900H.

Didn't get the eggs from the grocery as they don't have 2 dozen trays and I think market stalls are now closed. Will get the eggs tomorrow.

In the meantime I'm waiting for my pizza order.

Eating goto beef with oxtail at the roadside at the moment while waiting for my turn on the nearby saloon.

Stitch for both my running shoes are expensive because it's plastic fiber.

Home sweet home. Preparing for grocery, bring my running shoe for stitching, and haircut and then later gym.

That was a quick lunch and off to go back to finish the 21km run.

Super hungry. Stopping over for lunch.

A fourth of my running shoe on the sole part has opened. Not sure if this can make it up to 10km at least. Let's try. Can't run barefoot cause some paths along the route have broken glasses.

Changed my mind. Taking the 21km run first for today.
