The institution where I enrolled on a distance learning for AB Political Science program back in 2018 has responded. They will have to check my records first.
So what's the use of an AB Political Science degree in warfare? It teaches you game theory in a social context (specially adversarial social networks) giving you a breadth and depth of knowledge that will be useful in strategy. One can predict the stability of regions, the movement towards conflict and eventually war. It gives a framework to understand the behavior of adversarial actors. Hence, the field of political science is of significant importance to intelligence analysis.
Maybe the solution now is to do a dual degree, meaning alongside BSEE is AB PolSci.
I did enrolled on a AB PolSci self pace distance learning in 2018 but I never progressed and left it unofficially. Let me try to contact them if I can still continue and because it is self paced, it is more manageable to do alongside my BSEE.
If that is the case, I will be able to finish 2 degrees, BS Electrical Engineering and AB Political Science. The AB Political Science has a number of courses for International Relations. No need to get a Masters in International Relations and I can still continue on either a graduate school in engineering or physics after the dual degree.
This will open a lot of opportunities for me to work directly or indirectly with UN and NATO alongside my combat skills and will give me a social network that will help in establishing 2 companies: Defense and Energy, and the Private Military Company.
I'm waiting for the day that I become the most formidable beast in a battlefield. I am already a baby beast so it's still a long journey 😅
That means I have to be at least on the same level of competitiveness on all aspects as a special operations operative hence, I can't sit and live a peaceful life. I need to be in a career that involves combat and in that sense I can have a feel first hand of the needed weapons on the field and have a real world assessment of the real world battlefield and weapon systems which will help me in developing the prototypes for the planned company.
Took chores before I went to the 21km run under the sun and although I made a few stop overs because I was starving to death, had to eat 2 packs of Skyflakes biscuits first but then it's not enough so I stopped for the second time for a bit longer on some road side food stall to eat a beef and a squid viand and that is when my tummy stopped complaining and continued my run, it is overall a strong 21km run today at with min temp of 31.x °C and max temp of 37.x°C.
Now, I have a big problem and that is how to balance and achieve my goals in STEM and Warfare.
A mercenary training is coming up in 2025 and then there is the UN and NATO related masters degree that really makes me droll.
I had the impression lately that due to Trump winning the presidency seat in the US will cancel out the prospect of a war with China that will involve PH but then this is also the time that such warfare related training is showing up in my face.
Currently I am on early days in BSEE and such opportunities like the masters are a conflict on my priorities but I want it.
Preparing to visit the university to submit some activities that was closed online for differential calculus.
Good thing there is no class suspension today and that means I can travel late evening or midnight to get to Manila for onsite reporting and to attend an event in the evening in Makati tomorrow.
I guess this is another crossroads.
A much needed training has opened in Europe and at the same time a graduate study that combines international relations, political science, warfare, counter terrorism has opened and also it turns out that my savings can accommodate both trainings.
If I prioritize this then I will have to differ BSEE for quite sometime.
Need to decide because this opportunity will open up chances for me to work on armed conflict areas either as field operator or analyst.
