What's the attraction of Goodreads? Is it because everyone on it reviews books in the hope that one day it will recommend you something you actually want to read?

@LydiaConwell No clue. I have my books on LibraryThing instead, just to keep track what I have. Couldn't really care less about those reviews.
@LydiaConwell That would be an easy algorithm, yes. :D
@trinsec I rated a few books to see what it would recommend but it's like: You liked a Stephen King book, maybe try this Stephen King book too.
