the rise of misskey is very welcome, hardly perfect software, but much better than Masto and Pleroma imo
@trinsec because Pleroma can get people blocking yiu just for using it, sure I don't think it's a good enough reason myself, but we all know/get why that's the case at this point. And Eugene will kill Masto in no time with his ideas
@trinsec Mk sugfers more from being bloat and trying to be modern at points, like many describe it as vista desktop, but I prefer the term "the discord of AP"
@trinsec And simply for being a more of a JP local project, it's popularity simply grew much faster than antecipated by many
@trinsec and as a result not all of the docs are usable (or at least were not) for non-jp speakers
@trinsec Like, Misskey is the only one whose tean has a clean track record of both controversies and design decisions
