Technically not the same game (it's a continuation) but it's the same environment in Leisure Suit Larry - Wet Dreams Don't Dry (2018).
Lefty's bar in the modern age. Its sleaziness is not really improved over time. :D
Fun that they brought back the naked woman painting to the original style. ;)
The jukebox and the moose head are also still around as well as the ceiling fan. And, of course, Lefty himself.
