Image description text length limit should be bumped to 10,000 characters. The current 1,500 character limit is far from enough for transcribing book screenshots.

@niconiconi Book screenshot, as in, you wanted to put the whole text visible in the screenshot in the image description? Might as well put it in the comments instead, more comfy to read that way.
