Feeling overwhelmed by notifications I don't care about.
LinkedIn: "This person you've never met joined your company."
Twitter: "Someone you follow retweeted or liked something from someone you don't follow, here it is."
Discord: "You have 5+ messages!"
Snapchat: "A bunch of people are all taking a lot in this chat, at a really fast rate, here's a notification for each line message."

Sadly, the amount of effort is high enough that I imagine most people instead just put up with the abuse.
