Cult of the Lamb is remarkable in the sense that it shouldn't work as well as it does. An RPG roguelike with base-building, random tarot card power-ups, farming, fishing, a dice mini-game, and a cult simulator where you have to keep your followers happy enough to sacrifice themselves?

It's a super dark concept, hidden under a very cute style. It's an amazing game!

@sean Roguelite at best, it isn't a real roguelike.

But Cult of the Lamb is indeed awfully cute. Played its demo in the Next Fest a few months back, I did expect it'll become popular. :)
