The scroll wheel on my mouse doesn't work well when I scroll down.
It's a bit like walking on a moving platform which is intermittently turned on, so every few steps you find yourself frozen on the spot.

@trinsec Well, I was thinking it was a bit like a very normal football match where the players keep diving to the floor, pretending to be hurt, and slowing the entire game down to one tedious mess of tediousness.
