Which are your favorite #boardgames or #cardgames? 🎲 🀄 ♟️ 🧩 🃏
One of my all-time favorites has to be #Dominion, the #Deckbuilding #game by #DonaldXVaccarino.
Other games I do quite enjoy include #SmallWorld, #Carcassonne, #RaceForTheGalaxy, #EpicCardGame, #StarRealms, #Catan and #Ascension.
I haven't played #Splendor, #7WondersDuel and #TinyEpicKingdoms that much yet but they seem fun as well.
But #DominionCardGame #DominionGame has to be my number one for sure!
@chertograd Love Star Realms. I've got it digitally (on Steam) and play it daily. I also own a physical deck of it but digital's a lot easier. ;)
@trinsec Which are your favorite expansions/DLC? Are there any you would advice against after trying them out?
I currently have the base game, all the Crisis stuff, colony wars and the regular Gambit Set (not the Cosmic one). So not even 50% of what's available but around 23€ or so so not exactly close to the bare minimum of 5€ either.
@chertograd I tend to play Frontiers the most as I quite like the 'Draw then discard' instead of the 'Discard then draw' of the original base game.
In general I like any expansion that adds bases / ships. I am not very keen on gambits / events / heroes as I find that changing the core gameplay too much, and adding a lot more RNG to it.
As you can see from the image, I don't own the latest DLCs. I'll take a peek at it again coming winter sale, and only get the ones that actually gains me bases and ships (if they're discounted nicely) . ;)
@trinsec It's a great game! I own the digital version as well as two physical boxes (the original and Colony Wars).
