Tried to cancel my newspaper subscription via live chat. Apparently the customer service team are “not trained” for cancellations and I have to phone them. I swear this should be illegal.

@bentality It should be, yeah. I believe around here (NL) you need to be at least able to cancel it the same way as you got it.
