I was looking at old toots and came across a couple of boosts which contained images.
But the images were no longer available and only the image description remained.

@lydiaconwell If you click on the date of that toot, would you see the image on that toot's original site?
Chances are your instance isn't caching old remote images to save space. It really can add up over time, heh.
@trinsec I guessed it was something to do with saving space.
