Damn, all this stuff about the Titan submersible being stuck in sea is quite crazy. Cheapskate CEO is in that thing too so he probably got what he deserved because that thing never should've gone that deep. A shame for the other 4 people though but eh.. they did sign a waiver so...
But what I do enjoy are the shitton of crazy-ass memes about the Titan. :P Dark humor at its finest. Gallows humor at this point probably.
@trinsec what intrigues more is that some TV channel in the UK is set to broadcast a documentary about the rescue work tomorrow as I've just read. Like come on, it's still being searched and you're trying to get some sweet views by a clickbait TV program. for those inside the submarine, that's "being buried alive at its finest".
@dinosauce It's not even certain that they're "buried alive". With a bit of luck there was quite a badass implosion and they're just insta-flattened.
I did watch a youtube video or two about implosions and that was with a relatively low pressure. Now do the pressure times.. uh.. *calculates quickly* 1000? Yeah... that's probably the situation of the Titan right there.
(But yes, that TV channel is just being stupid. I wouldn't be happy watching a documentary with an open ending.)
