Under #AprilOfMyLife I will post one photo every day of April, documenting my day to day life.
I’m joining former beloved colleague @tripu@qoto.org or @tripu@pixelfed.de who’s been doing it since 2008 and uses #dailyphoto, and perhaps @fidel too

Ending a long work day (the whole felt like several bundled in one) on the elliptical.

2 hours: ✅
Movie: “The Town”
(Boston robbers prepare a last job at Fenway Park. With Ben Affleck, Jon Hamm (mrow!), Jeremy Renner)

I lived in the Boston area for a while so this was double entertainment for me ♥️

Affleck: I need your help. I can't tell you what it is, you can never ask me about it later, and we're gonna hurt some people.
Renner: Whose car are we gonna take?

8:10 a.m.

At this point, my night had been split about equally between sleep and insomnia.

I looked at the weather widget only to find out the day had 80% chances of being just rain, wind and cold.

I switched off the light, flipped on my other side, and went back to sleep with my head full of the music I had spent several hours listening to.

My sidekick and I went for a run to the beach. In the picture we’re taking a short break. I changed my routine a bit today (after a couple years of being frustrated with no real progress): giving more of what I’ve got at the start, as opposed to trying to regulate and distribute it as best as I can across the entire run (5K). I had to stop 3 times, but I think it will help me improve. I ended up with an average pace of 6 minutes per kilometer \o/ (30 second better)
