@koalie this is not good. not sustainable. please, please, let work you can't do in 9 hours a day, or at most 10 hours, drop. if you are having to work until 4am, way too much is being asked of you and there's no way you're being compensated enough.
please remember: "work does not love you back." not only is this not "loving you back", this is harmful. 😕
