That Holmdel Computer Center video is like catnip for an old fart like me.

I started my career in 1976 and was lucky enough to start out on a PC connected to an interactive terminal.

This was during high school, so I had high expectations when starting university in 1978. I wish I could go back in time to see my face when being told about punched cards.

Those scenes where you dropped off cards and picked up printouts brought back some memories, that's for sure!

@chockenberry I once saw a bike accident where a very large card deck flew out of someone's backpack and scattered across a road. In the rain.

Also remember the feeling of waiting several hours around the end of the quarter for the campus mainframe to process a card deck and getting notified of a compilation error. Good times.
