Hello friends, I'm a structural engineer, primarily in the bridge design industry. My company recently implemented a Cov-19 vac mandate, on the basis of JoeyB's exec order. I asserted my rights under The Civil Rights Act Title VII and my exemption was approved today. Thanks to @adam and @Johncdvorak my amygdala remained in check and I calmly and sincerely expressed my beliefs to HR. THANK YOU!
