The company fama.io provides an automated tool for HR that screens a clients social media for "problematic" behavior such as cussing or references to alcohol. It doesn't just include posts by the subject but also any posts they liked as well. They call it a "background check for the 21st century"

I wonder what those types of tools/companies do when someone's only social media accounts are on places like these (the Fedi).
@tzerenij if its the kind of place that would use this I assume they would take not having a bookface account as a red flag
