This is my first #Mastodon post as I join the #TwitterExodus. I'm obviously hoping to find a good number of the 10k followers I had on Musk's vacuum so over there I'm dedicating #FollowBackFriday to helping others with making the #twitterMigration a success and find each other here.

There's no point in trying to get a bunch followers in Mastodon unless they are actual people who are interested in what you toot and are actually reading your toots.
There are no algorithms here, if you have 100K followers or 2 followers it makes no difference, everyone is treated the same.
Just start tooting, and if people like what you toot, then maybe they will follow you.
