@koherecoWatchdog there's probably a local credit union near you. I doubt they block TOR
@valleyforge I'm collecting stats now. Out of a sample of 336 #creditUnions, 115 of them have a landing page that blocks Tor. I've not yet started to analyse transaction (login) sites. They will often leave the sales page open but then block it when you try to login. One nasty side effect of credit unions is that they outsource like crazy.
Banking is one of the sectors that I think has a fair rationale for blocking something like Tor.
