I think shiplap is required in all homes by law in that previous area, and it's a just law.
@valleyforge One of the houses nearby has a steel shooting range out back. It's pretty hard to land a deal right now as stuff is either half done with no labor/materials to finish, or going off market in 3 days after listing.

@valleyforge That's actually from a pricer mountain home in North GA. I think double the price of the other one iirc. Just remember Elk heads = upper middle class.
