I think my phone's hotspot blocks dns request to gun related websites. But it doesn't block traffic to those websites, so if you run the dns request somewhere else you can access them through the hotspot wifi but just typing "smith-wesson.com" doesn't resolve an ip. The same happens with a number of other websites I've tried.

@m00se Modern cars have anti-siphon mesh filters on the tank so you can't get a tube down into the gas to siphon it. I had to change my fuel pump a few years ago and spent hours trying to figure out why I couldn't siphon out my tank.
