the whole elon twitter files thing is entertaining, and mostly a no brainer. but I question how much it will elevate beyond the level of media bread and circus, and translate into wiser consumer behavior.

@toiletpaper It's surely fun to watch, but i think it's mostly a marketing ploy by Elon to drive traffic and engagement to Twitter. Without the bots it's a ghost town over there!
he's gotten good at milking the internet drama. no doubt about that.
